Size Guide
Use the chart to find your best fit before placing your order. Measurements are taken from the finished garment and are listed in inches. For the most accurate sizing, compare these measurements to a favorite T-shirt you already own.
- Body Length: Measured from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
- Body Width: Measured across the chest, 1 inch below the armholes.
Sizing Note: Measurements may vary by ±1 inch due to manufacturing tolerances. If you prefer a looser fit, consider sizing up.
Shipping
Most custom shirt orders are processed within 48 hours after artwork approval and payment are received. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as your shipment is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
Because all custom shirts are made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing or production error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@virginiaprintlab.com. We may request photos of the issue to help us evaluate the claim and provide the best resolution.
Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Your order enters production once your artwork has been approved and payment has been received.
- 1–24 shirts: 2–3 business days
- 25–100 shirts: 3–5 business days
- 100+ shirts: 5–10 business days
Shipping and delivery times are separate from production time.
- Upload high-quality PNG, SVG, PDF, or transparent background artwork for the best printing results.
- For best quality, submit designs with a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
- Make sure text, logos, and important design elements are clear and not blurry or pixelated.
- Avoid screenshots or low-quality images, as they may affect final print quality.
- If your design includes multiple colors, gradients, or detailed artwork, upload the highest-quality version available.
- Need matching shirts for your entire cruise group? Simply upload your design, choose your bundle size, and enter your shirt sizes in the note box before checkout.
