If you’re not completely satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by phone, email, or live chat. We cannot process refunds or replacements for any issues reported after 45 days from the confirmed delivery date.

In some cases, we may need your help to better understand the issue. We might ask for photos or additional details so we can make it right. We will not require you to return any items before we remake or replace a damaged or misprinted order.
